Cancellations

Any appointment cancelled by a client within 6 hours of the scheduled session will require a 50% payment of the *original cost of the session.

Did Not Attend (DNA)

Any appointment in which the client “Did not attend (DNA)” the scheduled session without prior notice will require 80% payment of the *original cost of the session.

Late Arrival

Any appointment in which the client arrives after the scheduled session start time, the therapist reserves the right to:

  1. Work within the original time frame of the scheduled session at the *pre-arranged cost of the session.
  2. Cancel the whole session.
FYI:
  • *Original cost means the price of the session without any discounts that may have been added to the session.
  • *Pre-arranged cost means the price of the session the therapist and client agreed to which may include a discount applied.
